Rowan Alexander
Artist Bio
Vancouver Island based artist, Rowan Alexander, is a Northern Tuchone artist whose work explores the relationships between humans, nature, and self through the mediums of drawing, printmaking, painting, and sculpture.
While examining Canadian culture, daily life, and emotion through her practice, she aims to connect with others. Alexander has exhibited in a solo exhibition at The Victoria Arts Council, Victoria, BC in 2024 with numerous group exhibitions including Objects of Affection at Sweetpea Gallery, Victoria, BC.
Currently, she is completing a Visual Arts diploma at Camosun College and will continue with her studies to earn a BFA after she graduates.
